Purchase & Participation Terms

Enrollment and duration

Services are provided by Payne Empire Enterprises LLC. Annual memberships and programs run for 12 consecutive months from your individual start date, confirmed in writing at enrollment. They do not automatically renew. Find Your Direction is a standalone service. Your purchase includes only the services and experiences described in your selected offer.

Your selected offer

• Payne Empire Membership — $365: Twelve months of member emails and invitations, plus admission for the enrolled member to one members’ dinner during their membership year. Other events and experiences are purchased separately unless expressly included.
• Find Your Direction — $997: One 90-minute private session with Jency and a written action plan. Annual membership and ongoing support are not included.
• Build Your Next Chapter — $5,000: Twelve months of guidance, with two live group sessions each month and admission for the enrolled member to one Payne Empire holiday experience during their program year.
• Expand Your World — $30,000: Twelve months of guidance, with two private sessions each month for the enrolled member, plus The Presidential Experience: Mastermind in the Sky for the member and one guest. Enrollment is by application and acceptance.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Purchases are nonrefundable for changes of mind, missed sessions, unused benefits, or voluntary withdrawal, except as required by applicable law or under the provider-cancellation terms below. If an installment plan is offered, it divides the total purchase price into scheduled payments; it is not a month-to-month membership. Discontinuing participation does not cancel remaining installments except where applicable law or these terms require otherwise. Send cancellation or service requests in writing to the support email on your receipt or by replying to your enrollment confirmation.

Session scheduling

Clients are responsible for attending sessions and responding to scheduling communications. Provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a private session. Late cancellations or missed sessions may count as used. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within your program term. Missed group sessions do not include replacement private sessions or refunds. Recordings are included only if expressly stated. Sessions rescheduled by Payne Empire do not count as used; we will extend the delivery period when necessary to provide them.

Holiday experiences and member invitations

Build Your Next Chapter includes admission to one member holiday experience during your program year. The holiday event schedule will be posted and sent to members. Experiences may celebrate Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, or other announced occasions. Event dates may fall before or after the holiday itself.

Members may select from announced eligible events, subject to advance reservation and capacity. The included benefit is one experience, not admission to every holiday event. Dates, locations, activities, reservation deadlines, and any optional extras will be announced before reservations are confirmed. Admission is for the enrolled member; guests, travel, lodging, and transportation are not included unless expressly stated.

The $365 membership includes one members’ dinner for the enrolled member. Its invitations do not include admission to additional events. Optional extras and guest charges require your agreement before booking.

The Presidential Experience: Mastermind in the Sky

The $30,000 offer includes two seats on a shared private flight for the member and one guest, one shared hotel room, and private ground transportation between the arrival airport, hotel, and scheduled experience activities, including the return airport transfer. Year-long private guidance is for the enrolled member.

Before accepting payment for this offer, Payne Empire will confirm in writing the number of hotel nights, designated flight departure location, whether the flight itinerary is round-trip, and any included meals or activities. Members cover their own travel to and from the designated departure airport, personal purchases, and optional upgrades.

Staff will contact the member to coordinate arrangements and mutually confirm scheduling. Flight arrangements are subject to availability and the flight operator’s safety requirements. Weather, aircraft availability, or safety requirements may require a replacement date.

Changes and provider cancellation

If Payne Empire or its provider postpones an included event, dinner, or flight experience, we will arrange a replacement date. Eligibility will extend beyond your program end date if needed to deliver the included benefit. If no eligible holiday experience or members’ dinner can be made available during your term, we will arrange an extension or alternative agreed to by you.

If Payne Empire cannot deliver a material part of your purchased offer, we will offer an alternative agreed to by you or refund the amount attributable to the undelivered portion. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Results and acceptance

Services provide education, guidance, accountability, and opportunities for connection. Results depend on individual circumstances, decisions, and participation. No specific income, business growth, or personal outcome is guaranteed unless a separate written guarantee is expressly included in your purchase.

By accepting these terms at checkout, you acknowledge your offer’s scope, price, duration, payment obligations, scheduling requirements, and nonrefundable purchase policy.
